Showroom Manager - Jewellery Retail

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced

Showroom Manager

to lead our jewellery retail outlet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end showroom operations, team leadership, sales growth, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate showroom staff Drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service Manage inventory and ensure timely replenishment Oversee visual merchandising and showroom presentation Handle daily operations including cash and policy adherence Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities Resolve customer concerns and ensure a seamless experience Monitor expenses, prepare sales reports, and manage budgets Maintain showroom security and prevent pilferage Stay updated on jewellery industry trends and competitors

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong leadership and communication skills Proven sales and team management record Experience in inventory control & visual merchandising Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities Willingness to work flexible hours Preferred: Degree in any stream

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
