Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the Ather branch showroom. Manage and motivate sales, service, and delivery teams to achieve monthly targets. Ensure excellent customer experience during sales, test rides, and vehicle delivery. Monitor inventory, vehicle dispatches, and accessory stock. Coordinate with Head Office for reporting, billing, and finance-related matters. Handle escalations, customer complaints, and service issues effectively. Maintain branch discipline, staff attendance, and operational efficiency. Prepare daily and monthly MIS reports (Sales, Test Rides, Deliveries, etc.). Drive marketing initiatives and local promotional activities. Ensure compliance with Ather brand standards and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum

3-5 years

of experience in automobile showroom management (EV experience preferred). Strong leadership and team-handling skills. Excellent communication and customer-handling ability. Good knowledge of

Excel, Email, and CRM tools.

Understanding of

sales, service, and finance coordination.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or related field.
