Female Showroom Manager

to lead our counter sales team and ensure smooth daily operations at our showroom in

Rajkot

.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in managing a showroom or retail environment, with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the

counter sales team

Handle

customer queries and complaints

professionally

Explain products

clearly and convincingly to walk-in customers

Negotiate

pricing and close sales effectively Ensure excellent customer experience and overall showroom presentation Support management in meeting sales targets

Job Timing:

10:00 AM - 8:30 PM

(1-hour lunch break)

Weekly Off:

Sunday

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience

in a similar showroom or retail role Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Confident in customer interaction and negotiation Professional appearance and communication skills
