Key responsibilities

Sales strategy and performance:

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets for vehicles and parts.

Team management:

Recruit, train, and manage the sales team, providing leadership to motivate them to achieve sales goals.

Customer relationship management:

Build and maintain strong customer relationships, handle customer inquiries and complaints, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Market analysis and reporting:

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies. Prepare and present sales reports to management.

Inventory and operations:

Oversee showroom operations, including inventory management for vehicles and parts, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Marketing and promotions:

Coordinate with marketing to implement showroom-specific promotions and events to drive footfall and sales.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
