Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager at Cuttack,/Jajpur/Talcher. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations including cash counter, maintaining customer relation, managing staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a high level of customer service.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in retail management or a similar role
Strong organizational and leadership abilities
Ability to analyze sales and financial data
Knowledge of inventory management and basic accounting principles
Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills
