Showroom Manager
to lead our Bajaj Motorcycles showroom operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily sales activities, managing the sales team, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and maintaining showroom standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets
Ensure a smooth and customer-friendly showroom experience
Monitor inventory and coordinate with backend for timely vehicle delivery
Handle escalated customer issues and resolve complaints promptly
Maintain showroom appearance and ensure adherence to Bajaj brand guidelines
Prepare daily/weekly reports and review performance metrics
Requirements:
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proven track record in vehicle sales and team management
Knowledge of Bajaj products and market trends is an advantage
