The Showroom In-Charge is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the showroom, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, maintaining staff discipline, and overseeing inventory and reporting activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily showroom operations and ensure smooth functioning
Handle walk-in customers, explain products/services, and convert leads into sales
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
Supervise showroom staff and ensure proper duty allocation
Maintain showroom cleanliness, display standards, and branding guidelines
Manage stock, inventory records, and coordinate replenishment
Prepare daily sales reports and submit to management
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
Coordinate with service, accounts, and head office teams
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
