The Showroom Incharge will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the Aluminium Systems showroom, ensuring an excellent customer experience, effective product display, and smooth coordination between the sales, fabrication, and installation teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom, ensuring it is well-presented and organized.
Greet and assist walk-in customers, architects, builders, and homeowners with product details and solutions.
Explain product features, finishes, and specifications of aluminium doors, windows, and facade systems.
Generate inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up for order closures.
Coordinate with the sales team, fabricators, and production team to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
Maintain proper stock of sample profiles, catalogues, and display materials.
Record and report daily customer visits, inquiries, and conversions to management.
Ensure the showroom meets brand and service standards at all times.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate / Diploma in any discipline (preferably in Marketing, Architecture, or Civil Engineering).
3-5 years of experience in showroom management or interior/building materials sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good product knowledge in aluminium systems, doors, and windows preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
