Job Description

Manage day-to-day operations of the showroom to ensure a seamless customer experience. Drive sales and achieve monthly targets by engaging customers and understanding their needs. Supervise and motivate the showroom team for efficient performance and excellent customer service. Handle customer queries and provide effective solutions to ensure satisfaction. Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the showroom s appeal. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team for timely replenishment.

Key Requirements:



1 to 3 years of experience in a showroom management role, preferably in premium retail or home furnishing. Strong customer handling skills with a focus on building relationships and ensuring satisfaction. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to lead a team, multitask, and handle responsibilities efficiently
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
