Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day showroom operations and staff activities
Manage product display, stock arrangement, and cleanliness of the showroom
Greet and assist customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
Achieve sales targets and monitor team performance
Coordinate with the head office/warehouse for stock replenishment
Handle billing, cash, and daily sales reports
Train and motivate showroom staff for better service and efficiency
Manage customer queries, returns, and feedback professionally

Requirements:
Graduate / Diploma holder with good communication skills
Experience in retail or textile showroom management preferred
Strong leadership and people management skills
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, billing software, etc.)
Smart, confident, and customer-oriented attitude

Salary: Based on experience and performance
