Customer Service:
Greet and welcome customers as they enter the showroom.
Create a friendly and welcoming environment.
Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Provide refreshments and ensure the waiting area is comfortable.
Showroom Maintenance:
Ensure the showroom environment is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Maintain displays and coordinate with marketing for visual merchandising.
Sales Support:
Assist customers by providing product information and directing them to the appropriate salesperson.
Schedule and coordinate appointments for sales representatives.
Introduce customers to sales personnel.
Administrative Tasks:
Manage the front office desk.
Handle basic administrative duties and paperwork.
Maintain customer information and records.
