Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident, courteous, and customer-focused

Showroom Hostess

to be the first point of contact for customers visiting our showroom. The ideal candidate should create a warm, welcoming environment and ensure a pleasant customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome customers promptly as they enter the showroom. Provide general information about products, services, and ongoing offers. Direct customers to the appropriate sales executives or department. Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the customer lounge/reception area. Assist in customer feedback collection and coordination of refreshments. Support administrative tasks such as visitor log maintenance and daily reports. Coordinate with sales and service departments for smooth customer handling. Handle incoming calls and route them to the respective departments.

Key Skills & Attributes:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Pleasing personality with a professional appearance. Strong customer service orientation. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email).

Pay: ₹13,300.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
