• Product Information: Provide detailed information about products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
• Team Collaboration: Work with team members to ensure smooth operations and seamless customer service.
• Inquiries and Appointments: Handle customer inquiries and appointments promptly and professionally.
• Proactive Assistance: Demonstrate a proactive attitude in assisting customers and meeting their needs.
• Policy Adherence: Follow company policies and procedures consistently.
