Job Overview:



As a

Floor Manager

, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on the showroom floor to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers. You will lead a team of sales staff, handle customer queries, manage visual merchandising, oversee CRM activities, and ensure store targets and operational standards are met. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the saree showroom retail industry or fashion retail, with strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and experience in maintaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Team Management & Leadership:



Supervise and lead a team of sales associates, ensuring high levels of customer service and team productivity. Assign daily tasks to staff and monitor performance to meet sales targets and operational goals. Conduct regular training and coaching to ensure employees are knowledgeable about product offerings and customer service practices.

2. Customer Service & Sales:



Assist customers in product selection, styling advice, and offer personalized recommendations based on customer preferences. Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain a high standard of customer service, with the goal of achieving repeat business and building customer loyalty.

3. CRM (Customer Relationship Management):



Manage and nurture customer relationships by utilizing CRM tools and databases to track customer preferences, purchase history, and feedback. Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, and encourage repeat business. Organize and lead customer loyalty programs, special offers, and promotions to engage and retain customers. Work with the marketing team to create personalized communications for customers, including newsletters, special invitations, and offers. Monitor and evaluate customer feedback and reviews to improve the customer experience.

4. Operational Efficiency:



Ensure smooth store operations, including managing opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining security protocols. Uphold store policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Manage the store's schedule, ensuring adequate floor coverage during peak hours.

Experience required:



Minimum of 3 years of experience in the retail industry, preferably in saree showrooms, fashion retail, or apparel sales. Proven track record of leading a team and achieving sales targets. Experience in CRM tools or customer relationship management is a plus.

Education and qualifications:



Graduate or A degree or diploma in Fashion, Retail Management, or any related field is preferred.

Skills Required:



Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of the saree industry, fabric types, and fashion trends. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Excellent customer service orientation. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual merchandising and store presentation. Proficiency in CRM systems or related software.
