Suri Triumph is looking for dynamic and customer-oriented

Showroom Sales Executives

to join our premium motorcycle showroom. The ideal candidate should have a passion for motorcycles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:



Welcome and engage customers visiting the Triumph showroom. Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable Triumph models. Provide complete product information, features, and benefits. Coordinate test rides, prepare quotations, and follow up on leads. Maintain accurate records of enquiries, bookings, and deliveries. Ensure the showroom is always presentable and customer-ready. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall dealership growth.

Required Skills:



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, persuasive, and customer-friendly personality. Passion for motorcycles and knowledge of the Triumph brand preferred. Basic computer literacy (MS Office / CRM). Prior experience in automobile or premium retail sales will be an advantage.

Position 2: Showroom Sales Manager



Location:

Suri, West Bengal

Experience:

Minimum 4-6 Years (Automobile Industry preferred)

Suri Triumph is seeking an experienced and result-oriented

Showroom Sales Manager

to lead the sales team and manage the daily operations of the Triumph showroom. The candidate should be a strong leader with proven sales expertise and a deep understanding of customer relationship management in the premium motorcycle segment.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies. Monitor enquiry handling, follow-ups, and conversion ratios. Ensure top-notch customer satisfaction and uphold the Triumph brand experience. Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance evaluations. Coordinate with management for stock planning, campaigns, and events. Maintain showroom standards, discipline, and operational excellence.

Required Skills:



Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills. Analytical mindset with focus on achieving results. In-depth understanding of showroom operations and CRM systems. Experience in premium automobile or luxury retail industry preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
