Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate all daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the outlet.
Manage customer interactions, handle inquiries, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Supervise transactions, billing, and stock updates.
Coordinate with franchise partners and the head office for operational requirements.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment.
Maintain cleanliness, display standards, and overall presentation.
Support marketing initiatives.
Prepare and submit daily operational reports to management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in showroom management, retail operations, or a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving abilities.
