Key Responsibilities



Greet customers and provide an excellent showroom experience. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/vehicles. Clearly explain product features, pricing, finance options, and offers. Assist customers with test drives, product demos, and documentation. Maintain high product knowledge on all models, variants, and features. Build strong customer relationships to ensure repeat and referral sales. Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally. Maintain the showroom display, cleanliness, branding, and stock arrangement. Update daily sales reports, enquiry logs, and CRM entries. Coordinate with finance, insurance, accessories, and delivery teams. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall showroom performance. Stay updated on competitor models, pricing, and market trends.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
