8+ Experience in jewellery retail or luxury retail (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of gold purity (22K, 18K), diamond grades (4Cs), gemstones, etc.
Sales-oriented with a customer-first mindset.
Basic computer skills (POS, billing software).
Trustworthy and detail-oriented.
