Showroom Operations & Merchandising:

Ensure the experience centre is well-maintained, clean, and organized at all times. All

lights are turned on at least 15 minutes before client appointments, with a pleasant ambiance created through the use of an aroma

diffuser or room essence. Video displays are prepared in advance for select clients, and personalized welcome signage is

showcased on the TV to acknowledge and greet visitors.

Customer Service & Technical Expertise:

Maintain high standards of client engagement by being readily available over calls and

responding promptly to all inquiries. Seek technical support when required to ensure accurate and reliable information is provided.

Follow up on any missed calls or messages to maintain consistent communication. Remember and acknowledge each visiting client

by name, understand their genuine requirements, and recommend suitable products rather than upselling unnecessarily. Offer

precise design solutions by interpreting architectural floor plans, layouts, and door-window schedules, and prepare clear,

informative presentations to help clients visualize and understand their chosen products.

Pay: ₹10,285.50 - ₹30,000.00 per month
