Responsible for welcoming walk-in customers, explaining glass products, coordinating site visits, and supporting the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and understand their glass fitting needs (bathrooms, balconies, partitions, mirrors, etc.)
Explain glass types, hardware options, and fitting solutions.
Coordinate site measurements, quotations, and installation schedules.
Maintain showroom displays, samples, and cleanliness.
Follow up with customers and support in closing sales.
Handle basic documentation and after-sales queries.
Requirements
Graduate (any discipline),
1-3 years
showroom/customer service experience preferred.
Good communication and a pleasant personality.
Basic technical understanding or willingness to learn.
Proficient in MS Office/WhatsApp/CRM.
