Dear Candidate Greetings from GM Modular !!! We at GM Modular are looking out for a Showroom Executive who will be responsible for providing expert product knowledge, selection assistance and customer service to the walking clients. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting the walk-in customers
- To ensure that walking clients are extended the highest levels of customer service at all times.
- Promote Sales by demonstrating products and explaining our services to walk in clients
- Maintaining contact lists and visitors records and sending daily reports to the reporting Manager
- Handling Customer Queries and getting them resolved on a timely basis.
- Handling administrative work and making sure the showroom floor runs smoothly.
- Maintaining the brand image to the highest standards
- Updating client details and regular follow ups
- To ensure that the showroom and all displays are neat and tidy at all times
- Capacity to convince stubborn and indecisive clients to make purchases.
- Top-notch training and mentoring skills.
- Outstanding teamwork and communication abilities.
- Excellent written skills.
