We are currently hiring for Showroom Coordinator for one of our clients in Pune.
Years of Experience: 3 - 5 years
Languages: Marathi, Hindi & English
Days of Work: Mon - Sat
Timings: 10:00 AM - 07:00 PM
Job Duties:
- Creating a welcoming environment by greeting customers and offering assistance.
- Works in support of the staff in the showroom to service customers and walk in visitors.
- Ensure everyone is helped.
- Maintains lead tracking system as well as contact info for showroom records
- Ensure the accuracy of all appropriate information written on every lead and contact sheet.
- Coordinating with vendors to order products that are not in stock and communicating with vendors about delivery schedules.
- Keeping track of inventory of items in stock to ensure that items are restocked as needed.
- Ensure delivery to the customers is undertaken efficiently and on time.
- Maintaining records of customer contact information and preferences in order to provide excellent service during repeat business opportunity.
- Managing and updating product information in computer databases.
- Helping customers select items based on their needs and budgets.
- Communicates with customers via Email, the phone and in person.
- Hands out marketing material.
- Coordinating with management team for follows up and field sales calls.
- Helps to ensure DR\xe2\x80\x99s commission disbursement.
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the showroom area.
- Rental issues follow up and its coordination.
- Represent the company with a pleasant demeanor and appropriate attire.
- Receives, sorts and forwards incoming mail. Maintains and routes publications.
- Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating.
- Other duties as assigned.
