Job Description

Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, installation, or service) Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times Keep up to date with product knowledge, pricing, and promotions Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally Achieve individual and showroom sales targets
