to join our Fero Door showroom in Trivandrum. The role involves assisting walk-in customers, understanding their requirements, explaining product features, and providing the best solutions to match their needs. The adviser will also support showroom operations and coordinate with the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and guide customers in the showroom
Explain product features, specifications, and benefits
Prepare basic quotations and support sales team
Maintain showroom display and ensure a customer-friendly environment
Handle customer queries and follow up as required
Requirements:
Minimum Degree qualification
Good communication and client-handling skills
Computer knowledge is mandatory
SAP / CAD drawing knowledge preferred
Freshers with good communication skills can apply
