Your Role
The General Vacuum Divisions of the VT BA are using the SHOWPAD app to enable sales deliver the best buyer experience. The mission of the position is to support the growth/proper use of the APP for all users/brands of the BA, help and motivate the individual users (training, helpdesk function), maximize use of all available features, follow up on analytics, design (user experience), work on connecting/integrating further the APP into the daily business of the divisions.
Under the guidance and in Coordination with the SHOWPAD project owner:
Be the main contact for all SHOWPAD users to ensure proper and regular support: Help users understand and use Showpad powerful features to the fullest
Manage the APP and ensure its growth in line with the demands of the business
Know everything about SHOWPAD to propose improvements, further integrations, \xe2\x80\xa6
Act as an advisor to help solve complex problems
Educate our users on mobile sales enablement
Collaborate with representatives of all divisions/departments to ensure a constant flow of quality content generating quality leads
Gather all requirements, analyze, and propose solutions to match the needs
Create a solid support and helpdesk platform
Drive adoption, set KPIs and success metrics, demonstrate ROI
Provide training to Showpad users, analyze usage data, survey users
