Show Producer (Junior/Associate Level)

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Experience Required: 1+ Years

1. Role Objective

To support the Senior Producer in the end-to-end execution of television programs, digital series, or live events. You will bridge the gap between creative ideation and ground-level execution, ensuring that the production stays on schedule and reflects the cultural nuances of the local audience.

2. Key Responsibilities

Pre-Production: Researching trending topics in Tamil Nadu, drafting scripts/rundowns, and assisting in casting or guest coordination.

On-Set Coordination: Managing floor logistics during shoots at locations like MGR Film City or private studios. Ensuring talent (anchors/actors) are briefed and ready.

Content Creation: Producing daily segments, social media promos (Reels/Shorts), and basic "explainer" style content (3-7 minutes).

Post-Production Supervision: Coordinating with editors in Chennai-based post-houses to ensure the final cut aligns with the "Tamil commercial" or "brand-specific" aesthetic.

Vendor Management: Coordinating with local equipment rental houses, catering, and transport providers.

3. Technical Skills & Qualifications

Software: Basic to intermediate proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro (FCP). Familiarity with local broadcast standards (TRP metrics for TV or YouTube Analytics for digital).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
