Key Responsibilities:

Edit raw footage into engaging

Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts

. Add captions, transitions, effects, stickers, and music as per the platform's trends. Repurpose long-form content (podcasts, interviews, vlogs) into bite-sized clips. Collaborate with content creators, marketers, and designers to maintain brand consistency. Optimize videos for each platform's specifications (aspect ratios, resolution, length). Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and editing styles.

Requirements:

Proven experience editing

short-form social media videos

(portfolio required). Proficiency in tools like

Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve

. Creative mindset with a strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual appeal. Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects. Knowledge of trending audio and hashtags on Instagram/YouTube.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

Experience in motion graphics and animation. Familiarity with social media analytics and engagement metrics. Basic color grading and audio editing.
