Job Description

Location: Remote

We're hiring a high-output creator to produce short-form videos about SaaS and online tools for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. All content is shot natively: your hands using software on a screen, filmed with a handheld camera. There is no need to show your face and no need to use your own voice.

You will:

Produce 50-100 completed vertical videos per week Deliver 15-25 finished videos every day Create 8-20 second clips in 9:16 vertical format, each with a simple thumbnail Use web-based tools or software on your computer while your hands are visible (typing, clicking, scrolling, moving the mouse, etc.) Capture the screen and your hands using a handheld camera or phone pointed at the screen (no digital screen recordings) Write short, native-sounding English scripts with strong hooks and clear value Generate AI voiceovers from those scripts (no need to speak on camera) Edit quickly in CapCut or a similar editor, adding on-screen text, pacing, transitions, and trending sounds so everything feels native to TikTok/Reels/Shorts
We're looking for someone who:

Is already producing 50-100+ short-form videos per week and can provide proof or a portfolio Has a modern smartphone and a reliable handheld setup to film a monitor or laptop screen clearly Is very fast and comfortable editing in CapCut or an equivalent app Can write strong hooks and concise explanations in natural English Can maintain consistent quality while hitting daily volume targets
Bonus points if you:

Have experience creating content about software, workflows, or productivity Have worked on high-volume short-form channels or similar production-style content Understand current short-form trends and what drives engagement on TikTok, Reels, and Shorts

Pay: ₹100,600.00 - ₹200,600.00 per month
