Supervise day-to-day shop floor operations.
Ensure production activities run smoothly and as per daily plans.
Monitor employee performance and ensure work discipline on the floor.
Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and dispatch teams.
Maintain records such as daily production reports, manpower allocation, and material usage.
Ensure safety rules and housekeeping standards are followed.
Identify operational issues and report them to management.
Assist in inventory checking and material availability.
Support continuous improvement activities on the shop floor.

Diploma / ITI / Any Graduate (preferred in Mechanical/Industrial field)
