We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused
Shopping Assistant
to support daily store operations. The ideal candidate should enjoy helping customers, maintaining store displays, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and help them to find products
Provide product information and assistance
Manage billing, packaging, and customer queries
Maintain store cleanliness, product arrangement, and display
Handle stock organization and assist with inventory
Support the sales team to achieve targets
Manage basic store operations and daily tasks
Support social media and other promotional activities
Required Skills & Qualities:
Good communication and customer service skills
Pleasant personality and polite attitude
Ability to handle customers with patience
Basic computer and billing-system knowledge
Knowledge of promotions on social media platforms
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive attitude
Education:
Graduate or equivalent
Experience :
Experience in customer service is a plus
