Overview:
This role will support the Shopper Marketing team in the tracking of agreed KPIs of shopper marketing campaigns as well as post campaign deep dives to develop recommendations needed to optimise performance and shopper targeting of future campaigns. Using the consistent tracking of KPIs and development of recommendations.
This role will need to be highly analytical and can identify growth driving insights as well as having strong communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for working with Shopper Marketing stakeholders and agencies to provide regular reports on campaign performance via the creation of KPIs tracking scorecards
Perform post campaign deep dives to unlock insights to feed into the optimization of future campaigns and development of shopper marketing pictures of success across channels.
Work in close collaboration with agencies & Shopper team on campaign reporting and assist in budget tracking.
Partner with Shopper leads for on-going needs including competitive analysis & creating new best practices
Support shopper team in the launch & maintenance of the programming & generate regular and ad-hoc reports through data and customer feedback
Create visualizations/dashboards to be used in explaining and clarifying difficult concepts and analytical insights
Qualifications:
An experienced analytics profession in a leading consumer goods company. 6 years+ experience
Proven experience in marketing reporting / analytics
Familiarity with marketing reporting / marketing & media KPIs
High degree of familiarity with CPG and Food & Beverage industry data sources, including Nielsen/IRi (POS and HH panel), GlobalData, Kantar Worldpanel, etc.
Deep understanding of CPG industry business performance outputs and causal measures, their relationships, and how to address business questions in a robust way that translates to simple outputs
Proficient with Power Point and Excel
* Power Bi or any visualization tool knowledge is good to have
