Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Shopkeeper to manage daily operations in our hardware store. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in hardware retail, demonstrating proficiency in inventory management, customer service, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service:

Assist customers in locating products, provide expert advice on hardware tools and materials, and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.

Inventory Management:

Monitor stock levels, reorder supplies as needed, and maintain accurate inventory records.

Sales Transactions:

Operate the cash register, handle cash and card transactions, and issue receipts.

Store Maintenance:

Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.

Product Knowledge:

Stay updated on new products and technologies in the hardware industry to better assist customers.

Safety Compliance:

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year experience in a hardware store or similar retail environment. Strong understanding of hardware tools, materials, and their applications.
