Responsibilities: Identify ideal locations for opening offline stores and build store expansion strategy Hire and train staff for each store, and manage day to day operations with store managers Work on continuous improvement in the product merchandising and give customer feedback to relevant head office teams Preparing weekly reports of store performance and sales Ensure operational excellence of stores and EBITDA profitability Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in offline retail Role will require travel to all store locations High energy with the capability to work in a dynamic, fast-growing startup Must be methodical, detailed oriented and operations focused Must have a collaborative working style and must work well in a team environment with the ability to adapt to evolving processes and systems Must have values of integrity and an ambition to work for a growing organization Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From 50,000.00 per month Schedule:
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
