About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced

Shopify Website Manager

to oversee, maintain, and optimize our brand's Shopify store. This role is ideal for someone who understands both the technical and creative sides of e-commerce -- ensuring a seamless customer experience that reflects our skincare brand's identity and drives sales growth.

You will be responsible for managing the website's day-to-day operations, product listings, campaign updates, and performance analytics while collaborating closely with marketing, design, and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities:Shopify Store Management

Manage and maintain the

Shopify store

-- including product pages, collections, navigation, and homepage updates. Upload and update product listings, descriptions, images, SKUs, and pricing. Ensure a smooth and visually appealing

user experience

across desktop and mobile. Regularly test website performance, checkout functionality, and page loading speed. Handle app integrations for reviews, loyalty programs, upsells, and automation.

E-commerce Operations

Oversee order flow, payment gateways, shipping integrations, and inventory sync. Collaborate with operations and fulfillment teams to ensure real-time stock accuracy. Set up promotional campaigns, discount codes, and seasonal landing pages. Monitor abandoned carts and suggest conversion optimization strategies.

Content & Marketing Coordination

Work with the

marketing team

to implement banners, pop-ups, and new launches. Upload and optimize

blog posts

and skincare guides to support SEO. Ensure visual and brand consistency across all web assets and campaigns. Integrate email capture forms and automate flows with CRM tools like Klaviyo or Mailchimp.

Analytics & Optimization

Track and analyze

Shopify analytics

, Google Analytics, and other reporting tools. Monitor traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior to improve performance. Run A/B tests on product pages, checkout, and landing pages. Provide monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Pay: ₹11,069.90 - ₹41,909.21 per month
