As a Shopify Web Developer , you will be responsible for generating and maintaining custom-tailored Shopify themes, and altering pre-existing templates. What You Will Do Setting up the store and implementing the overall functionality as required including themes, apps and other customizations Maintaining and upgrading the store theme and functionality on an ongoing basis Building custom themes from UIs based on project requirements using Liquid Bug fixing issues reported by the QA team Skills: - Shopify, HTML/CSS, Javascript, jQuery, API, liquid language and meta fields Act as Shopify expert, specializing in all facets of the ecommerce platform. Understanding business needs that drive project features and functions and provide internal consultation What You Need to Have Bachelors Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Programming, or a similar field 1+ years of experience developing within the Shopify stores as well as overall Shopify and Shopify Plus platforms Strong experience in building custom Shopify themes 2+ years of experience in front-end technologies including, but not limited to, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS, SASS, XML In-depth experience with Shopifys language.
