Shopify Voice Process - B2B Sales & Seller Support

Work Schedule:

Job Overview:

This role involves a blend of outbound sales and inbound seller support. You'll assist Shopify sellers in managing their stores while also contributing to platform growth through lead conversion and service promotion.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

1. B2B Sales (20%)

Make outbound calls to potential small businesses and entrepreneurs. Explain the benefits and features of Shopify's platform and services. Follow up on leads and convert them into active Shopify sellers. Meet or exceed monthly sales and conversion targets. Maintain accurate records of calls and leads using CRM tools.

2. Seller Support (80%)

Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails from existing Shopify sellers. Guide sellers on how to manage their store operations, product listings, inventory, and orders. Assist with troubleshooting website/storefront issues. Provide support on return requests, refund processing, and payment disputes. Educate sellers about new features and updates on the Shopify platform. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams while ensuring timely follow-up. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and professional communication.

Candidate Requirements:

Fluent in both English and Hindi Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of e-commerce or online selling (preferred but not mandatory) Basic computer literacy (MS Office, typing, email handling) Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
