Our online store is the heart of our business, and we need a dedicated expert to ensure it runs smoothly, looks premium, and converts effectively.
About the Role:
We are looking for a tech-savvy Shopify Store Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience. You will be the guardian of our website, responsible for product listings, inventory synchronisation, site aesthetics, and overall technical health. You must ensure the website reflects our premium brand identity while functioning flawlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
Store Management:
Manage the daily operations of the Shopify store, including creating product listings, updating pricing, and managing collections/navigation menus.
Zoho Integration:
Ensure real-time synchronization between
Shopify
(front-end) and
Zoho
(back-end inventory) to prevent stock mismatches or overselling.
Site Maintenance:
Regularly update homepage banners, announcements, and featured products based on marketing campaigns.
App Management:
Manage and optimize Shopify apps (Reviews, Upsell bundles, Email popups, Loyalty programs) to ensure they are working correctly without slowing down the site.
Technical Health:
Monitor site speed, fix broken links, and ensure the website is fully responsive on mobile devices.
Analytics:
Generate weekly reports on website traffic, conversion rates, and best-selling products using Shopify Analytics and Google Analytics.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Shopify stores.
Technical Skills:
Deep understanding of the Shopify Admin panel and Theme Editor. Proficiency in
Zoho
is highly preferred.
Basic Coding:
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS to make minor layout adjustments is a strong plus.
SEO Knowledge:
Familiarity with on-page SEO (meta tags, alt text, URL structures) to improve organic search visibility.
Attention to Detail:
A strong eye for design and formatting to ensure the website looks professional and aligned with our brand aesthetics.

5 Days a week + Alternate Saturdays.
Timings:
9:30 AM - 6:30 PM.
Location:
On-site at our Gurugram office.
Salary:
?40,000 to ?50,000 per month.
