Key Responsibilities

Product Management

: Upload and manage product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, attributes, pricing, and collections.

Content & Branding

: Ensure high-quality product images, banners, and creatives; manage blogs and on-site content for SEO and brand visibility.

Inventory & Order Management

: Monitor stock, update inventory, and coordinate order processing, delivery tracking, and returns.

Promotions & Discounts:

Set up and execute campaigns, discounts, coupon codes, and seasonal promotions.

Payments & Refunds:

Handle payment gateway integrations, refunds, failed transactions, and payment reconciliation.

Analytics & Reporting

: Track website performance (sales, conversion, traffic, cart abandonment, refunds) and share insights with the team.

SEO & Optimization

: Implement SEO best practices for collections, blogs, and product pages to maximize organic traffic.

Customer Experience

: Ensure smooth operations including delivery tracking, complaint resolution, and enhancing user journey.

Third-Party Apps & Integrations

: Manage apps/plugins for logistics, marketing automation, CRM, and upsell tools.

Stay updated with Shopify trends, updates, and new features to continuously optimize the store.

Requirements

1-4 years

of hands-on experience in managing Shopify stores end-to-end.

Strong knowledge of Shopify backend, themes, apps, and integrations.

Proficiency in product listing, pricing, image optimization, promotions, and SEO.

Experience in inventory management, delivery tracking, payment reconciliation, and refunds.

Good understanding of digital marketing basics (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Shopify Reports).

Prior experience in fashion, bags, footwear, or lifestyle industry will be a strong plus.

Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Borivali, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
