We're expanding our digital team and looking for a
Shopify & Retention Marketing Executive
who can take full ownership of our website, improve conversions, and build strong customer retention through data-driven campaigns and creative thinking.
Key Responsibilities
Shopify Website & CRO
Manage and update the Shopify website (products, offers, content, banners).
Optimize product pages, checkout flows, and navigation for better UI/UX.
Conduct A/B tests and implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
Collaborate with design and tech teams to enhance the overall shopping experience.
Retention Marketing (Email, WhatsApp, CRM)
Plan and execute retention campaigns across Email, WhatsApp, and CRM tools.
Set up automated workflows such as welcome, cart abandonment, win-back, and post-purchase flows.
Segment customer data for personalized and impactful communication.
Create simple, on-brand copy for customer engagement and retention campaigns.
Data & Insights
Track key metrics through Shopify, Google Analytics, and CRM dashboards.
Analyze website and campaign data to drive strategic decisions.
Share actionable insights to increase repeat purchase rate and lifetime value.
Experiment with new ideas to boost engagement and conversion performance.
Requirements
Must-Have Skills
1-2 years of hands-on experience managing Shopify stores.
Proven background in retention marketing or CRO (preferably D2C/e-commerce).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Working knowledge of CRM tools such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, MoEngage, or WebEngage.
Understanding of UI/UX principles for e-commerce.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good to Have
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge or experience using Liquid in Shopify.
