Shopify & Retention Marketing Executive

who can take charge of our website, optimize conversions, and drive customer loyalty.

What You'll Do

Shopify Website & CRO

Manage and update Flo's

Shopify

store with new products, offers, and content. Optimize product pages, checkout flows & navigation for better

UI/UX.

Run A/B tests

and implement CRO strategies to improve conversions. Collaborate with design/dev teams to fix bugs &

enhance the shopping journey.

Retention Marketing (Email, WhatsApp, CRM)

Plan and execute campaigns across

email, WhatsApp, and CRM platforms

. Set up

smart automations

(welcome flows, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-backs).

Segment customer base

for personalized campaigns. Craft simple,

engaging, and on-brand communications.

Data & Insights

Monitor Shopify,

Google Analytics, and CRM dashboards.

Analyze campaign

& website data to guide decisions. Share

actionable insights

to increase repeat purchase rate & customer lifetime value. Test

new retention ideas

to boost engagement.

What We're Looking For (Must-Haves)

Hands-on

Shopify experience

(1-2 years minimum). Strong grasp of

data analytics & decision-making

. Proven experience in

email retention marketing / CRO

. Understanding of

UI/UX principles

for e-commerce. Familiar with CRM tools like

Klaviyo, Mailchimp,

MoEngage, WebEngage (or similar).

Clear communication

& ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Bonus:

Basic HTML/CSS skills
