Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated

Shopify Specialist (Developer / Manager)

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing and developing Shopify stores, along with a deep understanding of Shopify's ecosystem, apps, themes, and integrations. This individual will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of our Shopify website, implementing new features, improving performance, and ensuring a seamless e-commerce experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the Shopify store and company website, ensuring smooth functionality, performance, and user experience. Handle

Shopify theme customization

, template updates, and front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Liquid). Collaborate with design and marketing teams to create engaging product pages, landing pages, and promotional campaigns. Manage product uploads, collections, inventory updates, and pricing changes. Optimize site performance, speed, and responsiveness. Install, configure, and manage

Shopify apps

to enhance functionality and improve conversion rates. Implement SEO best practices for better search visibility and organic growth. Monitor analytics, generate reports, and track KPIs such as traffic, conversion, sales, and customer behavior. Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with external developers/partners when necessary. Stay up to date with

Shopify updates, e-commerce trends, and digital marketing practices

. Support integration with third-party tools like payment gateways, CRM, ERP, logistics partners, and email marketing platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience working on

Shopify store management and development

. Strong knowledge of

Shopify platform, Liquid coding, and theme customization

. Familiarity with

HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design

. Hands-on experience with

Shopify apps, integrations, and APIs

. Understanding of

e-commerce SEO, CRO (conversion rate optimization), and analytics tools

(Google Analytics, GA4, etc.). Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. For

Manager-level roles

: Experience leading a team, vendor coordination, and project management.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of

Shopify Plus

and advanced customization. Experience with

email marketing automation tools

(Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.). Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Photoshop, Canva, Figma) for website content edits. Familiarity with digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, E-commerce, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience requirement

(can be adapted per level):

Executive/Associate:

1-3 years of hands-on Shopify experience.

Manager:

4-7 years of Shopify and e-commerce management experience, with leadership responsibilities.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
