Role:

Shopify Logistics Manager - D2C

Location:

Gurgaon (on-site)

We are hiring a Logistics Manager with hands-on experience managing end-to-end operations for a D2C brand running on Shopify.

Mandatory requirements (non-negotiable):

3-6 years of logistics / operations experience in a

D2C brand

Direct, hands-on experience with

Shopify backend

(orders, fulfillment flows, apps, integrations) Prior experience

managing a team

(warehouse, dispatch, coordination, or ops executives) Strong understanding of

last-mile delivery

, RTO reduction, NDR management, and COD workflows Experience working with courier partners (Delhivery, Bluedart, Ecom, Xpressbees, etc.) Based in

Gurgaon

or willing to work on-site

Key responsibilities:

Own order fulfillment end to end (order ? dispatch ? delivery ? returns) Manage and scale logistics team performance and SOPs Optimize shipping costs, delivery timelines, and RTO % Coordinate between warehouse, customer support, and marketing teams Monitor dashboards, daily MIS, and exception handling on Shopify Ensure system hygiene: inventory sync, courier integrations, order accuracy

Good to have (but not essential):

Experience with 3PL / WMS tools integrated with Shopify Exposure to high-volume sales days (drops, launches, sales campaigns) Data-driven approach to logistics KPIs

Not a fresher role Not marketplace-only (Amazon/Flipkart) ops Not a purely coordinator profile without execution ownership

Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
