Job Role:

Handle customer queries over voice calls for

both Domestic and USA clients

Resolve issues and provide accurate solutions in a professional manner Ensure the process runs smoothly and customer satisfaction is achieved Maintain service quality while dealing with different types of customers

Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills

(verbal & written) Fluency in English is mandatory Comfortable speaking with

Indian as well as US-based customers

Problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
