About the Company

TrustyCoders is a growing eCommerce solutions working with global brands to build powerful, high-performing Shopify stores. We're expanding our team and looking for a skilled Shopify Lead Developer to guide our Shopify division.

About the Role

We're looking for someone who knows their craft and isn't afraid to lead from the front. You'll manage a team of developers and designers, supervise end-to-end Shopify builds, and ensure smooth delivery for client projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage Shopify developers and designers Develop, customize, and optimize Shopify themes (Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) Handle complete Shopify store setup, integrations, and performance improvements Review code quality and ensure timely, error-free project delivery Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand requirements Troubleshoot technical issues and provide scalable solutions

Required Qualifications

Minimum 4+ years of hands-on Shopify development experience Expertise in

Liquid

, metafields, JSON templates, dynamic sections Strong skills in custom theme development & Figma-to-Shopify conversions Good understanding of Shopify apps, APIs, and performance best practices Prior experience leading a team or managing project workflows Solid front-end development foundation (HTML, CSS, JS)
