As a E-Commerce Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing our online presence, ensuring that our websites are user-friendly, up-to-date, and aligned with our business objectives.

The Website Executive will be responsible for various aspects of website management, working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize website performance and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Content Management:
Create, edit, and manage website content, including text, images, and multimedia elements.
Ensure that all web content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with the company's branding and messaging.
2.
Website Updates and Maintenance:
Regularly update and maintain existing websites to ensure they are current, relevant, and free from errors.
Collaborate with developers and designers to implement updates and improvements.
3.
Product Management:
Manage the online product catalogue. This includes adding new products, updating product descriptions and images, and organizing products into categories.
4.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Collect and analyse data related to website traffic, sales, customer behaviour, and other key performance indicators. Use this data to make informed decisions and report on the performance of the e-commerce business.
5.
User Experience (UX):
Support efforts to optimize the user experience by ensuring website navigation, layout, and functionality is user-friendly.
Assist in conducting user testing and gathering feedback for continuous improvements.
6.
Security and Performance:
Contribute to maintaining website security by overseeing regular updates and monitoring.
Collaborate with the technical team to optimize website performance for faster load times and seamless functionality.
7.
Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, design, and technical teams to align website strategies with overall business goals.
Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers when necessary.
Good to have:
Previous experience in website management or a related role is a plus.
Knowledge of Shopify and its content management systems
Familiarity with SEO best practices, web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and digital marketing concepts.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Awareness of current web trends, technologies, and best practices.
