You'll be responsible for
building a successful dropshipping brand around phone cases
, improving ROI, and managing operations end-to-end -- from product research to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Research & Sourcing:
Identify trending, high-quality, and high-margin products (mainly phone cases) from Alibaba, AliExpress, CJ Dropshipping, and similar suppliers.
Listing Optimization:
Create attractive, SEO-optimized listings with compelling titles, descriptions, and visuals to improve conversion rates.
Product Testing:
Continuously test multiple products to find scalable winners and manage the lifecycle of each product.
Ad Management:
Plan, run, and optimize
Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
to improve reach, conversions, and ROI.
Revenue & ROI Growth:
Develop and implement strategies to increase daily sales, order volume, and profit margins.
Store Management:
Maintain and improve the Shopify store layout, collections, and user experience.
Order & Delivery Performance:
Increase on-time delivery percentage and reduce returns and cancellations.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track key metrics such as sales, ROI, CAC, conversion rate, and ad performance; prepare weekly performance reports.
Customer Experience:
Work with fulfillment partners and customer support teams to ensure smooth delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Competitor Research:
Analyze competitors' products, pricing, and marketing strategies to stay ahead in the market.
A/B Testing:
Continuously test ad creatives, landing pages, and pricing strategies to identify what works best.
Budget Management:
Efficiently allocate and monitor ad budgets to ensure sustainable growth.
Brand Building:
Contribute ideas for building a strong, recognizable phone accessories brand with long-term growth potential.
Automation:
Use apps and tools (e.g., DSers, Loox, Klaviyo, etc.) to automate processes like fulfillment, reviews, and email marketing.
Requirements:
Proven experience managing a
Shopify dropshipping store
(preferably in the electronics or accessories niche).
Strong knowledge of
product research, supplier sourcing, and order fulfillment tools
.
Expertise in
Meta Ads
with an understanding of lookalike audiences, pixel tracking, and retargeting.
Excellent understanding of
Shopify analytics
, conversion rate optimization, and eCommerce metrics.
Good design and copywriting sense for creating persuasive ad creatives and product pages.
Analytical mindset with ability to work towards performance-based KPIs.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of managing tasks independently.
Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with Shopify apps like
