Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Shopify Developer to join our team and support multiple e-commerce projects. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Shopify theme customization, app integrations, performance optimization, and front-end development. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building clean, high-performing, and user-friendly online stores.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify stores
Modify Shopify themes, Liquid templates, and front-end code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Install, integrate, and configure third-party Shopify apps
Optimize store performance, speed, and responsiveness
Troubleshoot issues related to themes, apps, and checkout flows
Collaborate with designers and marketing teams for UI/UX improvements
Implement best practices for SEO, site structure, and mobile responsiveness
Ensure smooth deployment and version control across projects
Requirements:
2+ years of hands-on experience with Shopify development
Strong knowledge of Liquid, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Experience with theme customization and building custom sections
Working knowledge of Shopify APIs, webhooks, and integrations
Ability to optimize store performance and resolve technical issues
Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and deliver within deadlines
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of Shopify Plus
Experience with React, Vue, or similar frameworks
Understanding of SEO fundamentals for e-commerce
Familiarity with Git or version control tools
