Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled

Shopify Developer

to join our dynamic e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Shopify stores, ensuring seamless integration with various APIs and third-party services. This role requires a strong understanding of front-end and back-end development, system architecture, and web design principles. The Shopify Developer will collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality online shopping experiences that are responsive, user-friendly, and optimized for SEO. Experience with cloud services like AWS and DevOps tools such as Jenkins and GitHub is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and optimize Shopify themes using HTML, CSS, SCSS, JavaScript, and Liquid templating language. Integrate Shopify stores with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party apps to enhance functionality. Implement responsive web design principles to ensure optimal performance across devices. Collaborate on wireframing and web design to create intuitive user flows and engaging UI/UX experiences. Manage system architecture for scalable e-commerce solutions utilizing AWS cloud services. Set up CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar tools to streamline deployment processes. Maintain and improve website performance through SEO best practices and web analytics tools. Write clean, efficient code following SDLC methodologies within Agile development environments. Conduct unit testing to ensure code quality and functionality across browsers and devices. Use version control systems such as GitHub or SVN for code management and collaboration. Monitor website health using data visualization tools and troubleshoot issues proactively.
