Overview:

Shopify Developer is responsible for coding, testing, and implementing advanced Shopify solutions to enhance e-commerce performance. The role demands expertise in Shopify's Liquid programming, APIs, and theme customization. The ideal candidate will work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure a seamless user experience and deliver high-quality, scalable online stores.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and customize Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Create, modify, and maintain custom Shopify apps and integrations using Shopify APIs and webhooks. Debug and troubleshoot issues related to Shopify themes, apps, and functionalities. Optimize website performance, focusing on speed, usability, and scalability. Implement and maintain tracking, analytics, and SEO scripts to enhance store visibility. Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility. Collaborate with internal teams to implement new features and functionalities. Stay updated on Shopify's latest updates, features, and best practices.

Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in Shopify development with a portfolio of successful projects. Proficiency in Shopify's Liquid templating language and ecosystem. Strong skills in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. Experience with Shopify APIs and advanced features such as GraphQL. Knowledge of Git version control and collaborative coding practices. Familiarity with SEO and performance optimization for e-commerce. Ability to write clean, efficient, and reusable code.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Shopify Plus and headless Shopify implementations. Knowledge of advanced JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue.js). Understanding of UX/UI principles for e-commerce platforms.
