Job Summary

We are seeking a talented

Shopify Developer

with

2-3 years of hands-on experience

in Shopify and BigCommerce development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, customizing, and optimizing e-commerce solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and drive online sales.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and maintain e-commerce websites on

Shopify

and

BigCommerce

. Collaborate with designers and content teams to ensure consistent branding and user-friendly experiences. Implement responsive, mobile-first designs to maximize engagement. Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and conversions. Integrate third-party apps, APIs, and plugins to extend platform functionality. Manage product listings, inventory workflows, and payment gateway integrations. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth operations. Stay up to date with e-commerce trends and recommend innovative features.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2+ years of experience

in Shopify and BigCommerce development. Strong knowledge of

HTML, CSS, JavaScript

, and

Liquid (Shopify customization)

. Hands-on experience with

BigCommerce APIs, Stencil framework, and theme development

. Proficiency in integrating and customizing third-party plugins, apps, and APIs. Experience with version control systems like

Git

. Good understanding of

SEO best practices

and tools such as

Google Analytics / Tag Manager

. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with additional platforms (WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce Enterprise). Proficiency in

front-end frameworks like React (mandatory)

. Familiarity with payment gateway integrations (

Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay
